MOSCOW (Dow Jones)--The initiatives that were spelled out during Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's election campaign will cost 1.5% of gross domestic product, Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich said at a briefing Friday.
Dvorkovich also pointed out that the mechanisms of how some of these initiatives will be realized haven't been voiced yet and that the government will be flexible in spending.
